One day you’re fine. The next day your sleep, skin, mood, and waistline have formed a union and they’re renegotiating the contract. Suddenly your energy is unpredictable, your mood has subtitles, your confidence is wobbling, and you’re expected to carry on like nothing’s happening. And no, you don’t need any of the “just breathe” nonsense or random advice. You need a plan that works in real life, on the sweaty nights, the teary mornings, and the “who even am I today?” days.

 

I’m Yolande, and I’ll be your coach. My approach is holistic and internationally accredited, blending menopause, nutrition, positive psychology, and spiritual coaching. That's because you’re not just a set of symptoms, you’re a whole woman living a whole life.

And yes, I’ve ridden that wild, uncontrollable (or so it felt) menopause roller-coaster myself. The plot twists, the sweaty surprises, the “who even am I today?” moments. I know and understand. So here’s what we will do together:

  • how to support it realistically, and

  • how to build routines that make you feel steady, confident, and fully yourself again.
